We recently have been successful in the following engagements:

• Acted as Chief restructuring officer and or designated agent for 5 proton centers with cumulative debts of $760M and advising on a sixth center with $80M debt.

• Acted as special advisor to family-owned energy company involving complex succession and distress issues with a resulting restructure of $200M debt.

• Acted as advisors to limited partners in a distressed multifamily real estate with a combination of $75M of debt and equity.

• Assisted parties in locating capital and closing a transaction to support chip design company with breakthrough technology used by aerospace defense and communications sectors. Company had over $100M of debt. 

• Assisted parties in locating capital for domestic battery design and manufacturing plant and restructuring of over $100M.

• Appointed as trustee for retailer of boats overseeing liquidation of collateral securing $100M loan. 

• Appointed as trustee over concrete batch plant.
