Nick Foley

Founded TRA and has participated in numerous distressed investments including in real estate and DIP loans. With TRA has participated in a number of business studies, leading to successful sales of businesses.

Former CPA who has been involved in distressed business opportunities for over 30 years. Acted as attorney in primarily complex business situations, starting as corporate attorney, then litigation, and finally bankruptcy practices. Regularly led teams of other lawyers and consultants representing clients in litigation or debtor bankruptcy matters, including significant cases for MatlinPatterson and others on a contingency basis.

Mark Andrews

Mark Andrews

Mark Andrews is a lawyer with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of debt restructuring, acquisition and sale of companies in distress and has advised banks, borrowers, and others of their options and designed strategies for his clients to navigate the complexities of chapter 11 as well as out of court restructurings.

Before joining Trinity, Mark was head of the bankruptcy section for an Amlaw 200 firm, and held various management positions as well. During his career Mark has worked in private firms based in Dallas but has assisted businesses in New York, Delaware, Chicago, New Orleans as well as all bankruptcy courts in Texas and adjoining states. Representative creditor side clients included Comerica, JP Morgan Chase, Citybank Texas, General Motors, Henry TAW, Hunt Oil as well as private investors both in and outside of the United States. Representative Debtor clients include energy companies (E&P, midstream, service), healthcare companies (hospitals, doctors groups and senior housing) real estate projects, retail chains, restaurant chains, as well as other types of businesses.

Decades of significant business achievements restructuring, directing and growing clients’ revenue and EBITDA through organic, cost improvement, M&A, R&D and JV initiatives in the metals, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, multi-channel retail, media and other sectors. Currently assisting company owners, board and management grow revenue and EBITDA through the development and application of organic and acquisition growth strategies.

Martin Zacarias has vast and successful experience as an executive in multiple roles across numerous industries, particularly in the technology and start-up sector.

He previously launched the technology company, 10K Wizard, where his leadership led to growth, profitability and successful acquisition by Morningstar. His financial experience includes acting as CFO for his own start-ups, acting as interim CFO, and corporate finance experience at CitiCorp. He brings deep knowledge and years of experience in technology development and implementation, general management, sales, and marketing. He holds a BA in Computer Science and English from Rice University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business

Robert Vincill is a financial executive with over 30 years of finance, accounting and business management  experience across diverse industries from pre-revenue to Fortune 1000 companies.

His concentrated industry expertise includes healthcare, energy, medical technology and construction services in public, private and not-for-profit companies.  Robert’s experience includes public bond, public and private equity, commercial debt, sale/leaseback and M&A transactions.  He has been responsible for all company-wide financial operations including finance, treasury, accounting, strategic planning, forecasting and risk management. Previously, Robert was with Provision Healthcare where he served as Corporate CFO.  And he has extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting while a CPA at PwC.

Straus  Scantlin is an expert in enterprise risk management, strategy, planning, personnel development, and leadership.

With a variety of experiences in academic, industrial, public sector, and international settings, Straus has worked in radiation safety, heavy industry, emergency response, and military fields. He attended Texas A&M University, University of Houston – Clear Lake, Columbia Southern University, Naval Post Graduate School, and Pittsburg State University. Straus has led multi-functional, cross-functional, and transformative teams on four continents. He is still serving in the U.S. Army Reserve and commands the 350th Civil Affairs Command in Pensacola, Florida.

Ruwan Sugathadasa is a Financial Services Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the capital Markets specializing in Government and Corporate Debt Market having worked at First Capital Ltd and Taprobane Capital Plus.

He was a founder Director of Browns Investments PLC one of the largest conglomerates in the Colombo bourse and was involved in most of the early Acquisitions of the group. He Currently serves on several listed and unlisted boards including Ambeon holding’s PLC and Ambeon Capital PLC both listed in the Colombo Stock exchange.

Currently the Operations Manager for Trinity River Advisors, she oversees key operational functions. Veronika brings years of experience in event coordination, financial management, and team leadership.

She holds a BA in Finance and a BA in Arts and Theology from Logos University. Fluent in Croatian and English, Veronika is dedicated to fostering a culture of strong work ethics and high standards in every role she undertakes.
